A line of fully insulated, fire-retardant UL94V-0 rated, and RoHs-compliant terminals are designed to create safer point-to-point connections in appliances and instruments. The terminals are constructed from a high-temperature alloy and feature F-crimp connections within fire-retardant nylon insulators that can withstand 150 DegC. In the event of a malfunction, the nylon insulator collapses on itself and safely holds until the equipment completes an automatic shutdown cycle. A suitable replacement for heat shrink tubing in many applications, these insulated terminals are available in straight and flag styles to mate with 0.110-in. x 0.030-in., 0.187-in. x 0.020-in., and 0.250-in. x 0.032-in.
